Her client wished to continue co-owning a business with her ex-spouse after the divorce. The ex-spouse proposed an operating agreement that benefitted only him. Among other things, it would make her responsible for half of the losses, but without giving her say-so over any decisions. They needed a new operating agreement which gave her equal voting rights in the decision-making, because she intended to be as involved in the business operations as he was.
