How I Help Other Lawyers

Kelly Reese is a fantastic family law attorney with Burney & Reese in Atlanta. I was grateful for the opportunity to help her client in a divorce matter.

Her client wished to continue co-owning a business with her ex-spouse after the divorce. The ex-spouse proposed an operating agreement that benefitted only him. Among other things, it would make her responsible for half of the losses, but without giving her say-so over any decisions. They needed a new operating agreement which gave her equal voting rights in the decision-making, because she intended to be as involved in the business operations as he was.

I'm so glad that Kelly benefitted from bringing me in to handle that part of her case and that her client was happy with the outcome. Please check out her wonderful review.
